I (very) recently decided to take a step away from stevia. I can't completely press the delete button on the stuff (it is in a few products in my closet) but I did dump the pure stuff I have been pouring into my coffee, oatmeal, shakes, etc.
I appreciate the calorie in and calorie out philosophy and I think that most health food gurus do think that calories matter (even if there is a lot of dispute as to how much). Stevia is zero calorie, so it should be great, right?
