It appears that I only get the opportunity to blog after incurring a head injury. I wish this was not the case since I don't like the associated head aches, but oh well. This stuff happens with a house to clean and a flailing toddler.
So let's talk about what we can do about this sort of continual bad luck. Two things. The first is self care. Not just grabbing an ice pack - although that helps - but really embracing "you" time. Easier said than done, but vital. You can say affirmations and take time to yourself, but none of that really matters until you change your own story (I.e. Recognize your own awesome self) and invest in yourself. I will post more about this in the weeks to come.
The second major thing is to invest in your diet. My little munchkin seems to possibly needs a dairy free diet. This is not super exciting to me, but also not daunting. Interestingly, though this comes at a time when I have also been working on "unprocessing" his diet and applying some of the "bulletproof" qualities to my own diet. Hence the frittata meal.
